"End of the Trail" - Vintage Indian Print

This is a really beautiful old print of the famous sculpture by James Earl Frazer - "End of the Tail". There have been many different reproductions of this important work of art, but this is one of the earliest prints. The color is striking and lends itself to the feeling of weariness portrayed by the warrior and his horse.  The original sculpture stands at the entryway to the National Cowboy Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City.  Frazer  designed the ""Buffalo Nickel". The print is in its original frame with the original backing intact. It is in very good condition, with no staining or foxing, no rips or tears. A beautiful Native American art print.

Print image size - 8 1/2" wide x 6 1/2 " high. Frame size - 9 1/4" wide x 7 1/4" high.

Due to the subject matter, style and age of this print, we estimate that this piece would bring at auction $50.00 to $150.00.
